One highlight was the attention to detail, with rooms that had a kitchen for guests to use. The kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. Another great aspect was the location of the hotel on the hill above the town. The views were absolutely stunning and it felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing valuable recommendations for exploring the region. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and served with a kind surprise that made it extra special.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We recently spent Christmas at a hotel in the Douro Valley, and it was a wonderful experience. The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and well-appointed, with a fantastic view of the surrounding valley. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby vineyards and quaint towns to explore. What we liked the best, however, was the warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly welcoming and readily available to answer any questions we had and help us make the most of our stay.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, there were a couple of small drawbacks. One negative aspect was that the hotel was a bit of a walk from the main town and the amenities that it offered, such as restaurants and shops.

The lack of restaurants and bars nearby. We found it difficult to find places to eat at night, especially during the holidays when many establishments were closed.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the city centre, making it easy to explore the city. the spacious rooms are well-equipped with air conditioning, comfortable beds, and charming decor. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning while admiring the beautiful view. the helpful staff is always ready to give recommendations and assist with any needs.

The facilities could use some improvement in terms of maintenance, particularly the kitchen appliances and shower pressure.
